Design & Align
Design & Align is a virtual group program for women seeking to make a change in their lives, but who are feeling stuck, burnt out, or uninspired. Over the course of three weeks you’ll receive content in an online community space which will include audio lessons, worksheets, and Q&As. There are no live calls to make, the only prerequisites are an open mind, open heart, and a commitment to spend 20 minutes a day on the content and exercises. Join us to learn nature-inspired frameworks, reconnect with your values and desires, and take aligned action towards a more nourishing life. Week 1: Foundations
In week one you’ll take an inventory of your life and learn nature-inspired and science-backed frameworks for building nourishing routines and rituals.
Week 2: Design
In week two you’ll start integrating the lessons of week one, gain clarity on your personal values and desires, and learn how to make your brain work for your goals.
Week 3: Align
In week three you’ll continue to integrate lessons from weeks one and two, while also setting yourself up to take intentional action towards your aligned life.
